HERZOG and NEDRA J. HERZOG, as Trustees of the Harold G. Herzog and Nedra J..Herzog Trust dated March 24, 2004, Grantees, whose address is 313 Agate Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Part of lots numbered 1, 2 and 4 in Block numbered 31 in the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Lot numbered 1, and running thence West along the North line of Agate Street, 46 2/3 feet, thence North 140 feet on a line parallel to the alley in said Block numbered 31; thence East 46 2/3 feet on a line parallel to side line of said lot numbered 3 to alley; thence South on West line of Alley 140 feet to' the place of beginning, containing approximately 6,534 square feet, as surveyed, platted· and recorded. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
