Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the CITY OF KEMMERER, a Wyoming Municipality, of the City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State' of Wyoming, Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit: A portion of Lot 9 of Block 8 of the Original Town °fKemmerer, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly comer of said Lot 9, Block 8; thence N63°26'E along the lot line between Lot 9 and Lot 10 of Block 8, a distance of 140.00 feet to the southeasterly comer of Lot 9; thence N26°34'W along the easterly line of said Lot 9 a distance of 14.80 feet; thence S63 ° 13'14"W a distance'of 140.00 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 9; thence S26°34'E along the westerly line of said Lot 9 a distance of 14.28 feet to the point of beginning.
