DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the STACEY G. AND T,~,MMY
C. HEINER FAMILY TRUST, dated March /.--~ , 2004, STACEY G. HEINER AND
TAMMY C. HEINER Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:

Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.

Beginning at the B.L.M. type Monument found marking Baker Engineers
PE/LS 698 1989 location for the W1/16 Corner between said Section 8 and
Section 17; thence N89°39'29"W, along the South line of said Section 8,
/626.13 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike set; thence N0°59'52"E, parallel to the
Center Line of the SW1/4 of said Section 8, 208.71 feet to an Iron Pipe set;
thence S89°39'29"E, parallel to said South line, 626.13 feet to an Iron Pipe
set at a point in said Center Line SW1/4; thence S0°59'52"W, along said
Center Line SW1/4, 208.71 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.000
acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30-foot wide Right-of-Way, along the South portion of the
above described Parcel, for Lost Creek County Road 12-120 as referred to in
Deed No. 547377, filed with the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book
169 PR, on page 414.
In accordance with Deed 265/483 Adjusted, as shown on the Record of
Parcel Division and Boundary adjustment Plat prepared for Maxine Heiner
and Stacey Glenn Heiner and Tammy Clark Heiner by Lloyd B. Baker and
Associates.
