Section 5, T33N, R 118W, 6m P.M.
SUBJECT TO and EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto Grantor a right-of-way
easement for ingress and egress and all utilities described as an existing road
meandering through the SW1/4SE1/4 and SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 5, T33N,
R118W, 6th P.M., for the benefit of the SW1/4SE1/4 and SE1/4SW1/4 of Section
5, T33N, R118W, 6th P.M. and of the SW1/4NE1/4, E1/2NW1/4 and
NW1/4NWI'/4 of Section 8, T33N, R118W, 6th P.M.
