HomeMy WebLinkAbout89834839- CORRECTIVE 8983k8 RECEIVED /~PR-8 ~'~ Il: LAYLAUN DRU TRUST, dated April 25 ,,~?~,~!.e~i:,,~iJ.~'~!!~ Trustee, grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to DERK IZATT and LEE IZATT, husband and wife, as Tenancy by the Entireties, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: The "total" interest of the Grantor being in the following described land: Commencing at the Southwest comer of Section 35, T35N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and framing thence North 20 rods; thence East 40 rods; thence South 20 rods; thence West 40 rods to the point of beginning. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. Hereby creating and reserving a life estate in Stanley C. Izatt and Sandra Lynn Izatt. Stanley C. Izatt and/or Sandra Lynn Izatt shall have the right to use the current residence located on the herein described property for either of their lives. However, their life estate and use thereof is limited in that they shall only have the rights of the life estate so long as they use the current residence as their primary residence and it may not be rented, leased or loaned to any third persons for the use of the residence other than Stanley C. Izatt and Sandra Lynn Izatt. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
