VADA D. SMITH, a single person, grantor of:the6o~nty'of:Tbinc~ln, and State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to THE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT of Vada D. Smith, dated October
31,2001, Vada d. Smith, Settlor and Vada D. Smith, Trustee, grantee of County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue.of the homestead exemption aws of the State, to-wit:
That part of the NE¼NE¼ of Section 36, T32N, R119W, within the
Incorporated Limits of the Town of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 104 of Photostatic Records
on page 351, as more particularly described on the attached "Description
for Vada Smith - Smith Tract X".
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appedaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
