($10.00) Dollars to them in hand paid by THOMAS DEVER, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 934,
Kemmerer, WY 83101, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released,
and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does for us, our heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said THOMAS DEVER, Grantee, their heirs and assigns,
forever, all Such right, title, interest, propertg, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought
to have, or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to:wit:
Lot 4 of the Martin Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said Thomas Dever, Grantee, his heirs and
assigns, to their own proper use and behoof forever.
The aforesaid transfer of interest specifically includes the assignment of all rights that KURT MILLER
AND ABBY MILLER, may have under that certain Real Estate Sales Contract by and between SAMMIE
A. WEATHERSBY AND LUANA R. BENNINGTON AND KURT MILLER AND ABBY MILLER,
husband and wife, as Buyer, concerning the afore described real property. Notice of this contract is
recorded in Book 495PR on page 433 in the office of the County Clerk; Lincoln County, Wyoming. This
Assignment is authorization for SAMMIE A. WEATHERSBY AND LUANA R. BENNINGTON to
execute and deliver a Warranty Deed to the aforedescribed property in the name of THOMAS DEVER,
when the purchase price is paid in full.
