the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by vi~ue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
Lot 16 of Shooting Star Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed July 1 g,
1995 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 364 and Instrument No. 805315.
This mortgage is given to secure the following indebtedness:
One note of even date herewith for $13,136.00 made payable at tl~e times and place and at the rate of
interest specified in the note.
This mortgage is intended to cowr the rents and profits of said property, and consent is hereby given after default, 1bt the appointment of
a re~iwr by any competent coral and tb~ receiver is hereby authorized to rent the said property and apply the proceeds on tiffs obligatiou.
The Mortgagors agree to keep the buildings now on said premises or hereafter erected thereon fidly insured against loss by fire in some
fire insnranee company approved by the mo~gagee, with loss, if any payable to mortgagee, during the lifo of tiffs mortgage.
The Mortgagors also agree to pay all taxes and assessments on said premises, including any assessments that may be levied on water
rights or shares of stock used in connection herewith, or held as collateral witb the above note; also any tax that may b~ assessed by reason
of this mortgage or the debLsecnred thereby, and reasonable attorney's fees in ease of lbreclosure, or the commencement of any legal
proceedings for foreclomre of the same, and said attorn%,'s fees shall be added to the amount due on lhis mortgage, and made a lien on the
premises described herein. In case of deikult in the payment of any sum covenanted to b~ paid, oilher tl~e principal or interest when the
same shall become due and payable, or in case of defkult in thc perfimnance of any covenant herein contained, the whole amount of this
indebtedness secured her~in may he immediately declared due and payable, and to b~ar interest at lbo rate of 10 p~rcent per annum fi'om
the date of such default, and this, mortgage lbreclosed at the option ofth~ legal holder. In the event ofdelkuIt, Mortgagors grant ~o
Mortgagees a Power of Sale to fbreclose on and sell said property as public auction pnrsuant to 34-4-101 et seq. Wyo. Stat., 1977, or its
