WAIVER OF STATUTORY REDEMPTION RIGHTS RECEIVED

WHE~AS, on February 2, 2004, a' Certificate' Of "Salb' ,was ~ki~d by the Sheriff of
L~coh~ County, Wyoming to Jo~ R. Terry, the purchaser at public auction held on JanUary
30~ 2004 of real property described as:
Lot 7 of Misty Meadows Estates Subdivtsion with~ the E1/2 of Section 22, T36N,
R119W, as said subdivision ~ laid down ~d platted ~ the office of the L~coh~
Cotmty Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
which property was sold as provided for in a power of sale contained in a mortgage executed
by the owners in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. and as Provided for
under § 34-4-104 and § 34-4-105 of the Wyoming Statutes (1997); and
WHEREAS said Certificate Of Sale was recorded February 2, 2004 in Book 547, page 404
as Document No. 897023 in the office of the Lbcoh~ County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming;
and
WHEREAS the owners A1 Russell and Kelli Russell have the statutory right under
Wyoming Statute § 1-18-103 to redeem the property by payment on or before' April 30, 2004,
in the amount of Two Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Two Dollars
and Forty One Cents ($273,372.41), plus legal interest of ten percent (10%) per annum from the
date of the sale, but desire to waive their statutory right of redemption.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned owners hereby unconditionally and irrevocably
waive their statutoi'y right of redemption as provided in Wyoming Statute § 1--18-103.
