2003, executed by, John H. Titensor and Debra Titensor, husband and wife, a mo~gag¢
conve~ng a lien on ceaain real estate therein desc~bed as secuNty for the pa~ent of $30,445.00
which moagage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 12th day of November 2003 in Book 541PR of
Mortgages, at Page ~08 as document number 895223 and pe~aining to the following desc~bed
real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby~conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this Iq'th day of
