attached hereto.

containing 20.64 acres, but to exclude approximately 2.6 acres in the NE comer
with the home and four bay shed. EXCEPTING TttEREFROM the landglescribed on

5. Beginning at the southeast spike of said tract, identical with the northeast spike
of that tract of record in said Office in Book 123PR on page 441, N 00°11'36" W, 297.00
feet from the southeast corner of said NE%SE%; thence N 89° 18'26" W, 350.04 feet, along
an existing fence line, in part, to a point on a west boundary of said Annexation; thence
N 00°11'36" W, 374.46 feet, along said west boundary and parallel with the east line of
said NPASE¼, to a point; thence N 89°46'33" E, 250.00 feet along a line parallel with and
60 feet southerly of the south line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 388PR on page
78, to a spike on said east line; thence S 00°11'36" E, 380.06 feet, along said east line, to
