Wyoming; and pursuant to a Notic6 of Fomcl0surc of said mo~gagc which was duly published for a
period of four co:nsedutiw weeks from Dcc~mber 18, 2003 to Januaw 8, 2004, in thc Kcmmcrer G~cffc,
a newspaper of general circulation published in the CounW of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, on Janu~ 1'3,
2004, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., I did sell at the front door of the Lincoln CounW Coudhousc, Kemmerer,
Wyoming, the following-described real estate:
Star Valley Ranch Plat Seven (7), Lot One Hundred Sixteen (116), as platted and
recorded in the Official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
WHEREAS a Certificate of Sale was duly executed by Scott Miller, DePuty Sheriff of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, on January 27th, 2004 and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming at Book 546 Page 834 of the official records of the County Clerk for Lincoln County,
Wyoming; and in said Certificate of Sale it was provided that the Purchaser, Leisure Valley, Inc., would
be entitled to a Sheriff's Deed to said property, provided said foreclosed mortgage was not redeemed as
provided by law; and more than three (3) months having passed since the date of sale without redemption
and the period of redemption having expired;

NOW WHEREFORE, KNOW.ALL MEN BY TillS DEED, that I,
(Deputy) Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the premises have granted, bargained,
sold and do hereby convey to Leisure Valley, h~c. the following described tract of land:
Star Valley Ranch Plat Seven (7), Lot One Hundred Sixteen (116), as platted and
recorded in the Official records of Lincoln County; Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND HOLD said described premises with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
