recorded at Book 359 Pages ?30 - 731 in the official records of the CounW Clerk for Lincoln CounW,
Wyoming; and pursuant to a Notice of Foreclosure of said modgage which was duly published for a
period of :four consecutive weeks from December 18, 2003 to JanuaW 8, 2004, in the Kemmerer GazeAe,
a newspaper of general cbculation published in the County of Lincoln, State' of Wyoming, on J~u~ 13,
2004, at the hour of t0:00 a.m., I did sell at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer,
Wyoming, the following-described real estate:
Star Valley Ranch Plat 15, Lot 78, as recorded and platted in the Official Records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
WHEREAS a Certificate of Sale was duly executed by Scott Miller, Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln
County, Wymning, on January 27th, 2004 and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming at Book 546 Page 830 of the official records of the County Clerk for Lincoln County,
Wymning; and in said Certificate of Sale it was provided that the Purchaser, Leisure Valley, Inc., would
be entitled to a Sheriff's Deed to said property, provided said foreclosed mortgage was not redeemed as
provided by law; and mOre than three (3) months having passed since the date of sale without redemption
and the period of redemption having expired;

NOW w}IERE,FORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS DEED, that I, c~J- k~/~'~/~'r-~
(Deputy) Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the premise~ have granted, bargained,
sold and' do hereby convey to Leisure Valley, Inc. the following described tract of land:
Star Valley Ranch Plat 15, Lot 78, as recorded and platted in the Official Records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
T° HAVE AND HOLD said described premises with all the appurtenanc~ thereunto belonging.
