executed by, Timothy W. Hartnett and Jacques Decou, a single man, a single man, a mo~gage
conveying a lien on ce~ain real estate therein described as security for the pa~ent of $25,555.00
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 15th day of May 2003 in Book 520PR of Mortgages, at
Page 732 as document number 890001 and pe~aining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."

The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in cons i deration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the 'premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
