CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
That part of the SE ¼SE ¼ of Section 3, T3 iN R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming and part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 159PR on page 605 and Book 194PR on page 189, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said Section 3, East, 7.81 feet from the
southwest corner of the said SE¼SE¼ found as described in the Certified Land Corner
Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office;
thence continuing East, 100.00 feet'along the said south line to a point;
thence N 01 °00.1' E, 435.60 feet to a point;
thence West, 100.00 feet to a point;
thence S 01°00.1' W, 435.60 feet along an existing fence in part to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
