WARRANTY DEED
REINHART - EDWARDS L.L.C., a Limited Liability Company under the laws of the State of
Wyoming, having been duly attthorized by and in accordance with its Articles of Organization, as
GRANTOR,
for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
Salt River Homes, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, as Grartee
whose address is P.O. Box 3698, Alpine, WY 83128, all of the following described real property,
to-wit:
Lots 201 of Nordic Ranches Division No. 13, Lincoln Count),, Wyoming
according to the recorded plat thereof, recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders
Office.
SUBJECT TO a 30 foot wide Private Roadway and Utilities easement along the
street frontage as shown on the official plat of Nordic Ranches, Division No. 13, the
2003 and subsequent years general taxes and assessments, all existing patent
reservations, easements, right of ways, protective and restrictive covenants, zoning
ordinances and applicable building codes, laws and regulations.
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements, water and ditch rights; easements, tenements,
hereditamehts and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any
reversion, remainder, rents issues, and profits thereof.
In construing this Deed and where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural, and
the masculine, the feminine and neuter, oo
