KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fka Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
RONALD C SCHUPP, PAMALA SCHUPP.
to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. bearing date 12/20/2001, recorded 12/26/2001 in Official Records Book
479, Page 867, Document No. 878159 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of $139,870.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full
payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby
directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 15 day of April, 2004.
