power of sale conferred by the Notice of Assessment and Lien, to the Star Valley Ranch
Association, a Wyoming nonprofit corporation, modgagee, dated November 19, 2003, and
recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on November 24, 2003, in Book 542 PR,
page 287, and at the request of the Star Valley Ranch Association as the modgagee,
owner and holder of such modgage, and in compliance with the published notice of sale,
sold at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on Monday, April 26, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. to
Star Valley Ranch Association, of PO Box 15'9, Thayne, ~ 83127 for the aggregate
sum(s) or the total bid(s) set foAh below, the following described premises in the Star
Valley Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming:

I further certify that such purchaser was the highest bidder for the premises, that the
price for which the premises were sold as aforesaid was the highest price bid therefor, and
that the whole sum so bid was paid to me in cash by the purchaser; that a due and proper
notice of such sale was published according to law; that such sale was in all respects
honestly and fairly conducted according to my best knowledge and belief; and that the
aggregate amount for which the premises were sold was the amount(s) set forth above to
satisfy the amount due on the mortgage at the date of sale, with interest and costs and
disbursements allowed by law. The purchaser, or its assignee, will be entitled to a deed of
the premises so sold at the expiration of three (3) months from the date of such sale unless
the premises are previously redeemed or the time for redemption is extended as provided
by law.
