and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 9 and part of Lot 10 of Block 4 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Third Filing, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on Plat No. 641092 filed August 16, 1985 in the records
of Lincoln County Clerk.
The part of Lot 10 described on attached Exhibit A.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that Warranty Deed recorded April 15,
2004 in Book 552PR on page 482 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
