NELLIE MART]N, being first duly sworn upon her oatl!, oeposes and sts'~e§ as follows:
1. On or about the 15!h day o£Febmary, 2003, my husband, CALVIN CARL ~ART]N,
died as is evidenced by the official certificate of death attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
2. At the time of his death he jointly owned an interest in certain real property with me,
said real property being located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows:
Part of Lot 2 of BloCk 28 0fthe Aflon Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is 9Va rods South from the Northwest Comer
of said Lot 2 and framing thence East 6 rods and 12 feet;
thence South 42/a rods;
thence West 6 rods and 12 rods;
thence North 42/a tods to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
3. Said real property interest including buildings and personal property was originally
conveyed to CALVIN CARL MARTIN and NELLIE MARTIN, husband and wife, as tenants by
the entireties, with right of smMvorship.
4. The land is the sole ownership of NELLIE MARTIN as evidenced in the aforestated
Warranty Deed dated the 23~d day of June, 1997 and RE-recorded July 9, 1997, in the Office of
the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in Book 399 of P.R., Page 188.
5. By reason of my husband's death, I am entitled to sole ownership of the interest in and
to the above-mentioned real property.
