Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the NE~ASE¼ of Section 5, T32N
R119W of 6th P.M., Lincoln County,. Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe marking the north end in an existing North-South fence, said point
being 1148.96 feet S 51o06'03'. W from the Iron Pipe marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698
2001 location for the northeast corner of said NE~ASE~A;
thence S 11 °37'49" E; along said fence, 347.29 feet to a corner of said fence;
thence S 79°43'28" E, along an existing East-West fence, 251.95 feet to a fence corner;
thence N 1°19'36'' W, 301.25 feet;
thence N 74o53'38'. W, along another East-West fence, 322.08 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING'.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive 40 foot right of .way easement to Auburn-Tygee County
Road 12-134, the west line being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the the above described property thence North 338.69 feet
to a point in the South right of way line of the Auburn - Tygee County Road 12-134, as referred
to in the Right- of-Way recorded in Book 210PR on page 276 of said record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights Under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming,
