and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
BRUCE L. DRYDEN AND DEBRA K. DRYDEN
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 889, Kemmerer, WY 83101
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A tract of ground located in and being the N½SW¼NE¼ of Section 22, T21N Rll7W
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeast 1/16th Corner of said Section 22, said point of beginning
being located on the centerline of a 60 foot wide access easement;
thence S 00°12'21" E, 661.02 feet along the N-S centerline of the NE¼ of said
Section 22;
thence S 89038'39'' W, 1317.32 feet along the E-W centerline of the SW¼NE¼
of said Section 22;
thence N 00°13'19'' W, 661.99 feet along the N-S centerline of said Section to
the N 1/16th Corner on said N-S centerline;
thence N 89°41'11'' E, 1317.51 feet along the E-W centerline of the NE¼ of
said Section to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, .protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
