WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS on May 31, 2002. A1 Russell and Kel ie Russell as mortgagor did mortgage
Lot 7 of Misty Meadows Estates Subdivision within the E1/2 of Section 22, T36N', Rl19W, as
said subdivision is laid down and platted in the offic~ of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, which mortgage was filed on Ma9 31, 2002 in Book 547, page 404 in the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wy,)ming; and
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of tile amount owed to the mortgagee
under said mortgage; and
WHEREAS, notice as required by law has been iven and published of the. sale of said
premises by being published for four (4) consecutive ;(eeks on December 18, 2003 through
January 8, 2004 and then again on January 22 and 29, ~004, in the

and that said Notice specified:
1. The name of the property owner and the mortgagee;
2. The date of the mortgage and the date and~lace where recorded;
3. The amounts claimed to be due thereon at {he date of tile Notice;
4. The description of the mortgaged premise conforming to that on which the
mortgage was placed; and
5. TILe time and place of sale; and
WHEREAS, said sale was held at public venue in :cordance with said Notice of Sale and
at the time and place therein set forth, to-wit: At 10:00 o's:lock in the morning on the 30th day
of January, 2004 at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wy_oming, said sale being made by the undersigned; and
WHEREAS, at said sale, John R. Terry purchased the real estate above-described for the
sum'of Two Hundred Seventy. Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Two Dollars and
Forty One ($273,372.41).
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the sale, the purchase and the Payment of said
money as aforesaid by said pUrchaser, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by
law, I hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto John R. Terry, GPO~NTEE, whose
address is 2401 Lake Park Drive, Suite 355, Smyrna, Georgia 30080, all of the that real
property 'situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as:
Lot 7 of Misty Meadows Estates Subdivision within the El/2 of Section 22,
T36N, Rll9W, as said subdivision is laid down and platted in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County; Wyoming
Together With and including all improvements thereon arid all appurtenances
and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
