Know all men by these Presents: that CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION hereby certify that
a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 23, 2002 made and executed by Carl Brown, An Unmarried Man And
Kelly Bass, An Unmarried Woman as mOrtgagor(s), to CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION as
mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $123,500.00 as therein
stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, in the Volume/Book 486 Page 325 Document 879959 mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
LOT 16 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 22, AS PLATTED AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS
OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
Ill Witness whereof, CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION has caused these Presents to be signed
by its Vice President and Asst. Secretary and its corporate seal to be affixed, this April, 19, 2004
