GRANT OF EASEMENT

Wyoming, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT(S) to SILVER STAR
TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the
benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyonfing, for the folloxving purposes and under the following
conditions:
Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-~
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities.
Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
A 20 foot wide utility easement on the following described centerline. Starting at
the South West corner of the North West Quarter of Said Section 17 T33N R118W and
running South 0° 21'22" West 1239.51 feet to true point of beginning. Thence South 3°
