BRUCE WOLFLEY, D'antors of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming , hereby
acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR TELEPHONE
COMPANY, [NC, grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the benefit of the
Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the Cotlnty of Lincoln and State
of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditionsz
.Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other ob.l ects that pose a fin'eat of
damage to the utilities.
..Description of Easement. A 20' utility easement described as follows:
starting at the Northwest comer of th e Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼
Section 24, T36N, R119W, thence S 16°19'06"E 718 46' to the Tree Point
of Beginning, thence: more or less East 20', thence tm)re or less South
530', thence more or less West 20', thence more or less No~h 530' to the
True Point of Beginning. See Exhibit "A".
Bindin~ Effect The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigms of the
parties named in this instrument.
