Silver Sta~ Telephone Company, ~nc., o[ Freedom, Wyoming, GRANTEE, an
easement ~or the purpose o[ laying out, constructing, inspecting, operating,
maintain~g, ~e]ocafi~g and repairing telecommunication lines ~d ~ecessary and
appurtenant structures together with the right to excavate and refill ditches and
t~enches Cot the location o[ said telecommunication lines and appurtenant
stmc~res, and the ~u~ther right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth and othe~
obstructions interfering w~th the location, co~stmcfio~ and maintenance o~ said
telecommunication HneS, ove~, unde~ a~d across the ~ot]o~ng described tract:

The within grant is an easement running with the land and shall be
perpetual so long as it is used for the above-described purposes. This perpetual
easement is appurtenant to any and all lands served by Grantee with utility
services from time to time and situated within Section 6, T33N, R118W, 6,h PM,
Lincoln County, Wyoming. Grantor reserves the right to use the property
subject to the easement for any purpose whatsoever which does not interfere
with the operation and maintenance of the underground telecommunication
lines, specifically including the right to place fences, and moveable objects upon
the property, together with the right to utilize the property for grazing, drainage,
agricultural or recreation purposes. Grantor will not construct any permanent
improvements on the property subject to the easement with the exception of
fencing as provided above.
As a condition of this easement Grantee shall be required to and shall
repair or replace any items, specifically including survey monuments, fencing,
ditches and natural areas which it shall remove, damage or destroy upon the
property subject to the easement within thirty (30) days of the completion of
construction, all to the condition upon which it was found immediately'prior to
the commencement of any work done by Grantee or Grantee's agents or

contractors within the easement, and in default thereof this easement shall fail
and revert to Grantor, or its, successors and assigns, and shall be of no further
force or effect.
