I~OW ALL PERSONS BY THESE P~SENTS, that ~ON C; XULLMAN, a
married man as his sole and separate property, of P.O. Box 296, Thayne,-Wyoming 83127,
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby ac~owledged, hereby remise, release, and forever
quitclaim unto DONLEE L. AULLMAN, a married man as his sole and separate property, of
P.O. Box 894, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantee, and his heirs and assigns forever, all such
right, title, interest propm~, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in
or to all the following described property situated in Lincoln CounW, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Begi~ming at a point thirteen and two-thirds (13 2/3) rods West of the Northeast
Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 34 North, of Range 119 West
of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence South, one hundred ninety-two feet
(192'); thence West ninety feet (90'); thence North one hundred ninety-two feet (192');
thence East ninety feet (90') to the place of beginning, containing .396 acres, more or
less.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way
of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
