Maxine Heiner, Trustee of the Glenn W. Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated
January 15, 1992, of 1277 Lost Creek Road, Thayne, WY, 83127, grantor, for and Jn
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Evan
Glenn Heiner and Leslie C. Heiner, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
grantees~ of 2714 County Road 122, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving alI
. rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A tract of land located in T34N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Section 19:
The North half of the SE/4 LESS AND EXCEPT the El2 NE/4SE/4;
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT beginning at the Northwest corner of the SE/4
said Section 19 and running thence East 330 feet; thence South 1320 feet;
thence West 330 feet; thence Nor:th 1320 feet-to the point of beginning.
Beginning at a point 80 rods" N. of the SE corner of Section 19 in T34iq,
R118W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence South 9 rods, thence'West
9 rods, thence North 9 rods, thence East 9 rods to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements water rights and easements or rights of
way of sight or record. '
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights
· of way of sight or record.
