A portion of the Watts property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 440PR, on
Page 910, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
S 1/2NW 1/4 of Section 10, T36N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
the Metes and Bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe, marking a point in the South Line of
N1/2NW1/4, said point being 1,857.78 feet, N89°09'01"W, along said South Line from
the BLM type monument marking the Nelsou Engineering PE/LS 578 1980 location for
the Southeast Corner of the N1/2NW1/4; thence S89°09'01''E, returning along said South
Line, 603.29 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Rebar marking the Northwest comer of the
Weber property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 274PR, on Page 686 and the
Deed recorded in Book'378PR, on Page 38, with said Office, said point being 1,254.49
feet, N89°09'01"W along said South line from last said monument; thence S0°26'03"W,
along the West Line of said Weber property, and continuing along the West Line of the
