in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and ac ~knowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
RONNIE L. OLSON AND ELAINE OLSON,
Husband and Wife
whose address is 3510 State Highway 241, Afton, WY 83110 heirs and asstgns, forever, all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in
or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 1065.38 feet north from the SW corner of Section 7, T31N RI 18W
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence North 130 feet, thence East 185
feet, thence south 130 feet, thence west 185 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.55 acres,
more or less.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations,~restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or tn use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
