Box 154, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm: That we are the owners and proprietors of Lot 1 of the 1st Filing Riverview Ranchettes Subdivision and referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 445PR, on Page 602 as shown o n Plat N o. 200, a II with t he Office of t he Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the N1/2SW1/4 of Section 25, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming. That the Amendment as shown on the Plat prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates is with our free consent and desires. That the Name of the Subdivision shall be 3rd Amendment 1.st Filing Riverview RanChettes Subdivision, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as fohowo Lot 1, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 445PR, on Page 602, as shown on the First Filing Riverview Ranchettes Subdivision, recorded on Plat No. 200 and a portion of Lot 2, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 532PR, on Page 317, as shown and recorded on Plat No. 353C, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the N1/2SW1/4 of Section 25, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe marking the Northwest corner of the Gardner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 542PR, on Page 048, with said Office, said Point of Beginning being 238.47 feet N89°01'38"W, along the South line of the S1/2NW1/4 of said Section 25, from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1976 location for the Southeast Corner of said S1/2NW1/4; thence S0°38'21"W, along the west line of said Gardner property, 268.34 feet to the Iron Pipe marking a point in the Center Line of Ellis Lane, as referred to in the Resolution for Riverview Ranchettes C(~unty Road 12-173S, dated the 5th Day of May, 1981; thence Westerly, along said Center Line to Spikes the following: S66°40'10"W 43.62 feet, S86°40'02"W 389.81 feet to the beginning of a 200 feet Radius Curve to the Right having a Central angle of 27°52'42'', an arc length of 97.31 feet, and a chord of N79°23'37"W 96.36 feet, N65°27'16"W 508.64 feet and N83°27'16"W 266.40 feet to a point in the East line of Lot 19 of said First Filing; thence N3°56'51"E, along said East line, 70.24 feet to a Chrome Cap on T-Bar marking a point in said South line; thence S89°01'38"E, along said South line, 1,249.59 feet, to the Point of Beginning, consisting of Lot 43 and Lot 44, containing 6.232 Acres of land. SUBJECT TO: Ellis Lane, as referred to in the Resolution for Riverview Ranchettes County Road 12-173S, dated the 5th Day of May, 1981. That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
