ackmowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to RTJ-1, Limited Liability Company, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, Grantee, the following described real estate
situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of said state, to-wit:
A portion of the SW ¼ NW ¼ of Section 11, T35N, R119W, of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
Begirming at a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in the West line of said SW
¼ NW ¼, said point being 690.69 feet N 1°01°49'E, along said West line,
fi-om the B.L.M. type Monument found marking the Sonthwest comer of
said SW ¼ NW ¼; thence N 1°01°49'E, continuing along said West line,
126.50 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike set; thence S 89°02°23'E 213.70 feet to
an Iron Pipe set; thence S 1°01°49'W 126.50 feet to an h-on Pipe set,
thence N 89°02°23'W 213.70 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Excepting therefrom that parcel of land conveyed to Lincoln County in
Deed recorded November 17, 1931, Book 17 Deeds, Page 212.
Also known by street and number as: 108050 Highway 89, Etna, WY
83118.
Subject, however to all covenants, easements, reservations and
restrictions, if any, of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
holnestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
