Excepting therefrom that parcel of land conveyed to Lincoln County in Deed recorded November 17, 1931, Book 17 Deeds, Page 212. Also known by street and number as: 108050 Highway 89, Etna, WY 83118. Subject, however to all covenants, easements, reservations and restrictions, if any, of record.
