Warren, as Trustees of the Austin Warren Revocable Trust dated June 26, lg91, of Aflon, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 195, Affon, WY 83110), grantees, all such right, title, interest, prope~y, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to- wit: That pa~ of Lot 2 of Block 17 of the Original Townsite of Alton within the Wl/2SWl/4 of Section 30; T32N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being pa~ of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 298 of Photostatic Records on page 432 and in Book 426 of Photostatic Records on page 294 and 296, described on the attached "Description for Austin Warren Revocable Tract, dated 26 June 1991 -Warren Tract." Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virile of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
