DESCRII'TION FOR LANCE CHARLES MAGEE TRACT To-wit: - - That part of Lot 2 of Block 17 of the Original Townsite of Alton within the W¼SW¼ of Section 30, T32N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 426 of Photostatic Records on page 294 and 296, described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast point of said tract on the north line of said Lot 2, N88°-14'- 10"W, 10.00 feet from the northeast point of said Lot 2; thence N88°-I4'-I0"W, 96.35 feet, along said north line, to a point; thence S01°-48'-19"W, 107.66 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point; thence S03°-28'-07"W, 57.36 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the south line of said tract; , thence S88°-14'-10"E, 98.13 feet, along said south line, to the southeast point of said tract; thence N01°-46'-02"E, 165.00 feet, ~long the east line of said tract, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.37 acre, more or less; the BASE BEARING for this survey is a line between an Ivan L.
