tenancy by the entireties ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledgedf do hereby grant, convey and xvarrant unto Lower Valley Energy,
a Cooperative Corporation, olfAfton and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns,
("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued
maintenance, repair, alteratioh and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and
equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained tinder, upon and across the premises
of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to
wit:
BEING a portion of the sE.:¼ SE ¼ of Section 26, T31N, RI 19W, Lincoln County Wyoming
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point being the SE corner of.the SE ¼ SE ¼ of said Section 26:
Thence S89°- 22'- 0" W, 847.79 feet;
Thence N31°-42'-30', W, 464.85 feet;
Thence northeasterly 89.89 feet along the arch of a curve through a central angle of 02°-41'-
12" with a radius of 1916.91' feet;
Thence N89°-22'-00,, E, 852.82 feet to the center line of the Salt River Canal;
Thence S27°-12'-59,, E, 33.55 feet;
Thence S50°-50'-29'' E, 46.87 feet;
Thence S89°-22'-00', W, 170.26 feet to true point of beginning at an existing junction vault.
Thence S20° E, 292 feet;
Thence S49° E, 16 feet to a transformer location.
Easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line except to narrow as necessary to
accommodate structure adjacent to transfol-mer.
Together with all necessary and reasonable fights'of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbe~3', undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing
and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigmed agrees that all wires
and other facilities, installed on the abOve-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. · We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
