Easement to include 10 feet o~x each side of described lix~e. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress anti eLq-ess and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with thc repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMi;?) are naturally occm-ring in the di snibution of electricity, mad dxe Grantee has here notified Cn'antor that EMTF testing and infon~ation is available upon request fi-one the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, in,tailed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Gr:mtee, removable at the option of the Cn-antee.
