Mortgage dated October 13, 1992, made and executed by Michael K.
Duianey, and single man ]and Corlane Eacott, a single woman~ as
MORTGAGOR, to Ellen H. Heiner, as MORTGAGEE, conveying certain
real property therein mentioned as security for the payment of
THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($35,000.00), as therein stated, and

the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds,
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, mortgaging the following
