AYFIDAVIT / EXPIRATION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

Jorgensen Bros., Inc., a defunct Wyoming Corporation of Alton, Cotm~ of Lincoln,:State'df-
Wyoming, upon their oath depose and say:
1. That they are the past owaers of the following described real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to-wit:
SEE A'I-17ACHED EXI-BBIT "A"
2. That on September 27, 1977 Jorgensen Brothers, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, as Lessors
entered into an Oil & Oas Lease with Texas Pacific Oil Company, as Lessee, in which they
leased certain mineral rights on the above described property ("The Lease"). The lease was
recorded January 9,. 1978 Book 143 P.R., Page 7.
3- That the term of the Lease was 7 yeats from its date of execution. September 7, 1973, unless
extended pursuant to the terms of the Lease.
4. That Texas Pacific Oil Company, Inc. ,or its successors never entered into the production of
minerals on the described real property, made any improvements on the described teal property,
gave the Lessor under the Lease written notice of any extension, paid any additional sums or did
anything else p~suant to the terms of the Lease to extend the date of tim leases expiration date.
5. Therefore, the Lease, expired by its terms on September 26, 1984.
