and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
AUSTIN R. TUFT AND JULIE M. TUFT,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of the NW~ANW~A of Section 31, T32N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., being part of the
South Afton-Hastinga Annexation to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point S 65o19'46.. E, 862.705 feet from the Northwest Corner of said
Section 31, and running thence N 2°24'16'' E, 81.50 feet;
thence S 87°12'16.. E, 150.655 feet, more or less, to the west right of way line
of Hastings Loop Road (Jackson Street);
thence S 2009'44.. W, 81.50 feet, along said right of way;
thence N 87°12'16.. W, 151.00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
