I~.,' ROBERT TODD DAYTON AND SHAUNA J. STRINGHAM, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say: 1. That ROBERT TODD DAYTON AND SHAUNA J. STRINGHAM are of adult age and are the survivinq 'children of LOUISE THORNOCK DAYTON, a.k.a., ~ LOUISE DAYTON who c~ied on May 15, 2003 in Montpelier, Bear Lake County, ALFREDA Idaho, and ROBERT MONTEER DAYTON, who died May 18, 2003, in Idaho Falls Bonneville County, State of Idaho. , 2. That by a Q'uitclaim Deed dated June 15, 1980, and recorded March 1996, in the office of the County Clerk and Ex Officio Register of Deeds in and for ~hS~ County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in Book 381PR, Page 265, Everett E. Dayton and Della K. Dayton, husband and wife, quitclaimed to ROBERT M. DAYTON and ALFREDA LOUISE DAYTON, husband and wife as of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, the tenants by the entireties with right of survivorship. County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: folloWing described real estate situated in Lincoln' The Lots numbered Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Numbered Seventeen (17) in the Town of Cokeville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, easements, exceptions, restrictions and rights-of=-way of record of in use. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and apPurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. 3. That LOUISE THORNOCK DAYTON, a.k.a., ALFREDA LOUISE DAYTON died on the 15'" day of May, 2003, in Montpelier, Bear Lake County, State of Idaho, and thereupon, the certificate of her death was duly filed with the State of Idaho and made a matter, of record in said office, and a certified copy of said certificate is attached hereto and made a part of this affidavit. 4. That upon the death of LOUISE THORNOCK DAYTON, a.k.a., ALFREDA LOUISE DAYTON as aforesaid, the ioint tenancy created by the aforesaid deed was terminated, and ROBERT MONTEER ~AYTON, surviving spouse, became vested with all of her right, title and estate in the above property.
