Ritchie and Carol Dee Ritchie Joint Living Trust, Dated 10 JUly 2000 Ritehie Trust Adjusted Tract, dated 1 March 2002, ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and wan'ant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Alton and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained tinder, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to wit: BEING that part of that Tract, Recorded in Book 123 of Photostatic Record on Page 257 within the NE1/4NWl/4 of Section 12, T33N, RI 19W in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING 340 feet S 90° W from the northeast corner of said tract; Thence S 14° E, 452 feet to a point; Thence S 5° W, 67 feet to a point that intersects with the easterly property line of said tract. Easement to include 15 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
