CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
RANDY J. THOMPSON AND HEATHER THOMPSON,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is 505 Twin Cliff Road, Afton, WY 83110
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County. and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A part Of the SW'fiSE~,4 of Section 18, T32N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyo~ning described as follows:
Beginning at a point 475.9 feet East, along section line and 65.3 feet north from the
South ~fi corner of said Section 18 and running
thence N 42o48, W, along irrigation canal centerline, 120.00 feet;
thence N 31001' W, along canal centerline, 74.8 feet;
thence N 19°22' W, along canal centerline, 146.9 feet;
thence N 87000, E, along existing fence line, 271.1 feet;
thence southerly and westerly along centerline of right of way to point of
beginning.
Right of way centerline, 60 feet in width, is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the same point of beginning described above, and running thence N 57024,
E, 110.5 feet;
thence N 15030, E; 109.6 feet;
thence N 7°10, W, 141.2 feet to the north property tract bouqdary.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded July 9, 2003 in Book 528PR on page 376 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
