consideration of Te~ Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS an undivided one-half
interest to JOHN 'B. CARRICABURU, as Trustee of the John B.
Carricaburu Family Trust dated February 10, 1993, and an undivided
one-half (~) interest to PATRICIA R. CARRICABURU, as Trustee of the
Patricia R. Carricaburu Family Trust dated February 10, 1993
Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 6, Geneva, ID, 83238, in and to
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
Township 27 North, Range 120 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian:
Section 12:NWV~E¼.
Parcel 2:
Lots 3 and 4, Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 120
West, 6th P.M., containing 67.31 acres, more or less.
A piece, parcel or tract of land situated in Lot 1,
Section 25, T. 28 N., R. 120 W. of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Section
25, T. 28 N., R. 120 W., said corner being also on the
Wyoming-Idaho State Line; Thence S. 0°37'E. 600.0 feet
along the West line of said Section 25 and the State Line
to a point; Thence N. 33o17'54,, E. 716.84 feet to a point
on the North line of said Section 25; Thence N. 89o53, W.
400.0 feet along the North line of said Section 25 to the
point of beginning, containing 2.76 acres, more or less.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights--of-way of record.
