KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that lVAN JOHNS;~JEAN JOHNS. and
BILL JOHNS, Grantors, of 831 Lancaster Ln, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars' ($10.00)and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to BILL R.
JOHNS and SHIRLEY A. JOHNS, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
Grantees, whose address is 831 Lancaster Ln, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of WYoming, hereby releasing
and waiving ali rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
A tract of land in the South half of the Southwest quarter S ½ SW ¼ of
Section 24, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described as follows: Beginning 370 feet North of the Southeast
corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter SW '/~ SW ¼ of
Section 24, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, running thence North
390.0 feet along East property and subdivision line; thence North 85 degrees
0' West, 86.0 feet '(o bank on Cottonwood Creek; thence South 31 degrees
50' East 100.0 feet; thence South 36 degrees 32' East, 119.5 feet; thence
South 76 degrees 45' East, 80.0 feet; more or less back to point of beginning
and containing 1.2 acres more of less.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
