paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and
forever quit claimed unto the said GLAYD W. CHADWICK, a single person, grantee, his
heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and

That part of the SE¼ of Section 30, T32N, R118W, within the East Aflon Annexation to
the Town of Aflon, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more Correctly
describe and to adjust the boundary of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 76 of Photostatic Records on page 172, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly right of way line of that thirty (30) foot access
easement of record in Book 427 of Photostatic Records on page 384, S40°-37'-59"W,
36.78 feet, from the southwest comer of the NE¼SE¼ of said Section 30;
thence N26°-14'-24"E, 128.57 feet, along said westerly rightofway line, to a point;
thence N24°-54'-03"E, 96.61 feet, to the southwest point of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 427 of Photostatic Records on page 384;
thence S71°-58'-00"E, 133.07 feet, along the south line of said tract, to a point;
thence S09°-24'-23"W, 196.26 feet, to a point;
thence Ng0°-34'-29"W, 194.60 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.78 acre, more or less;
TOGETHER with and SUBJECT to a right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under
and across a strip of land, thirty (30) feet in width, as described on the attached exhibit

To-wit: - -
A Strip of land, thirty (30) feet in width, within the East Afton Annexation to the Town of
Alton in the SE¼ of Section 30, T32N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, including all
of that access easement of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 427
of Photostatic Records on page 384, being fifteen (15) feet each side of the following
described centerline:
BEGINNING at a spike at the east end of 4th Avenue and on the east line of Quincy Street
of the Original Townsite of Afton of record in said Office as Plat No. 100 prepared by
E.N. Austin and recorded 16 February 1892, S49°-13'-19"W, 236.90 feet from the
southwest comer of the NE¼SE¼ of said Section 30 and S88°-14'-04"E, 44.35 feet, fi-mn
a "Mueller" water cap in the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Quincy Street;
thence S88°-11 '-44"E, 47.62 feet, to a spike at the beginning of a circular cra-va to the left;
thence northeasterly 107.34 feet, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 65°-
33'-52" with a radius of 93.80 feet, to a spike;
thence N26°-14'-24"E, 203.23 feet, to a spike;
thence N46°-47'~38"E, 87.49 feet, to a spike;
thence N29°-42'-2Y'E, 24.56 feet, to a spike on the south line of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 42'7 of Photostatic Records on page 384.
thence S71°-58'-00"E, 98.26 feet, along said south line to a spike;
thence S09°-24'-2Y'W, 193.98 feet, to a spike;
with the right-of-way lines of the above described easement to be shm'tened or lengthened
as necessary to create a continuous and contiguous easement with a minimum width of
thirty (30) feet to meet said east line of Quincy Street;
the BASIS OF BEAR1NG for this survey is the line connecting Ivan L. Call "Mueller"
water caps found at the intersections of 4'nAvenue and Monroe Street and 4th Avenue and
Quincy Street, being S88°- 14'-04"E;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by two (2) 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rods with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD
AFTON WY PLS 5368," with appropriate details;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368," with appropriate
details;
each "comer" marked as described in the Comer Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County;
