title and interest of the Grantors in the following-described real estate situate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming:
A portion of the Brown property, as refelTed to in the Deed recorded in
Book 331PR, on Page 59, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the NE1/4SW1/4 of Section 3, T31N, R119W, of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
That portion of land within said NE1/4SW1/4 lying East of
the Center Line of Bitter Creek County Road 12-140, as
referred to in the Affidavit recorded in Book 189PR, on
Page 458, with said Office.
The Grantors release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
