T he West 10 feet of a tract of land as described by Deed recorded in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in book 446 on Page 684. The length of said easement is limited to a distance starting at the south edge of the Turner Ditch and ending at a location 10 feet south of the NE corner of the tract of land described by Deed recorded iu the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in book 476 on Page 859. PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. Tile easement shall be roi' the purpose of providing a perpetual access easement to the Turner Ditch for installation & maintenance of an underground irrigation pipeline. The easement shall have no other purpose. EASEMENT CONDITIONS. The easement is subject to the following conditions: B C. Any improvelnents made with tile irrigation easement shall be at the sole expense of the person making the improvement unless otherwise agreed to in writing. This easement is for an underground pipeline only, no open ditches will be allowed within said easement. The Grantees hereby assume all liability associated with this irrigation easement and/or pipeline and agree to hold the Grantor harmless from any dmnages and/or legal action that mayxesult from said easement/pipeline. EASEMENT RUNS WITH TItE LAND. The irrigation easement created herein shall run with the land identified as ATTACHMENT A.
