THIS ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE dated May/_t~, 2004, is made and executed between
Spurlock Properties, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (referred to below as
"Assignor") and First National Bank whose address is 101 Greys River Road, P.O. Box 3110,
Alpine, Wyoming 83128 (referred to below as "Assignee").
MORTGAGE. Trent Petersen, the Mortgagor, executed and delivered to Spurlock Properties,
LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, the Mortgagee, a Mortgage dated May/qj 2004 (the
"Mortgage") which has been recorded in Lincoln County, State of Wyonfing as follows:
To be recorded upon signing'May ~1_1_~,' 2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The mortgage covers the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming. See Exhibit "A", which is attached to this Assigmnent
and made a part of this Assignment as if fully set forth herein.
ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE. For valuable ~consideration, Assignor hereby assigns and
conveys to Assignee of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the above described
Mortgage, together with all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to the promissory note or
notes (or other credit agreements) secured by the Mortgage.
