THIS ASSIGNMENT OF i¢iORTGAGE dated May lqtf4'l, 2004, is made and executed bet~veen
Spnrlock Propertie~, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (referred to below as
"Assignor") and First'National Bald( whose address is 101 Greys River Road, P.O. Box 3110,
Alpine, Wyoming 83128 (referred to below as "Assignee"). ~
MORTGAGE. Trent Peterslen, the Mortgagor, executed and delivered to Spurlock Properties,
LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, the Mortgagee, a Mortgage dated May/{ 2004 (the
"Mortgage") which has been recorded in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming as follows:
To be recorded upon signing May I t/IV'l, 2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
REAL PROPERTY DESCI'IIPTION. The mortgage covers the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming. See Exhibit "A", which is attached to this Assigmnent
and made a part of this Assigmn~nt as if fidly set forth herein.
ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE. For valuable consideration, Assignor hereby assigns and
conveys to Assignee of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the above described
Mortgage, together with all 0fAssignor's right, title and interest in and to the promissory note or
notes (or other credit agreements) secured by the Mortgage.
